General Peter Chiarelli, retired Vice Chief of the US ARMY, has a new home on the west coast.  He is the CEO of l Mind 4 Research.  This company is all about studying issues surround brain injury and coming up with solutions for a cure.  Think about what a difference this type of research will make for Veterans and Service members with PTSD.
