The Book- cover..what’s a book without a cover

The+Book-+cover..whats+a+book+without+a+cover
It’s completed almost. Waiting now on one more short story from a military kid now an adult. In case you might think this book is all about the Stories of where they are now – yep! It is and we are so proud as the parents are. BUT because these young people have asked, and think we should share the lesson plans that they participated in – we have included within this book:
Lesson Plans/lower l and elementary grades: How-to Basic Interview, Write, creative (the Seagull), Narrative, Thank You, Defining Moment, Cover the Assignment, “TELL ME”, 6-word Story, Writer’s Block Cure, About me, Who I am, Hats tell a story, Photography Basics, Norman Rockwell – “Rockwell’s’, Life of Larry Doby (Baseball), 4-Basic approaches to Storytelling, Building a Script, Storytelling at a Museum, Collecting Oral Histories, IPad Storytelling.
Templates: Basic Interview, Storyboard, Documentary Film Making, Who I am, Oral History Outline, One Minute Film Claim to Fame, This is my Story.
As I send the content off for layout and a final proofing – I am a bit sad. Used to happen all the time when I published PC Teach it or PC Create it. We worked 6 issues a year and after each taken to the proof and layout, I often felt sad. Like a child getting ready to grow up and leave..NAH not this time – I am hopeful to have this book go to print and many wish to become advocates for children/youth and working to help youth of all ages – find their voices, strengthen their self esteem while have fun….
