The USS Yorktown Museum resides at Patriot’s Point located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, just across from Charleston, South Carolina. A quick ride over the Ravenel Bridge takes you there.
Hank and Benny, both friends, have named this “ship” as one of their favorite venues to visit, and we go there often. Hank has been visiting since he was 2, and now Benny joins us. (both boys are 8)
It is so hot now, and even with the heat, time was spent on the fight deck capturing lots of great photos of the retired airplanes, and exhibits.
