General George Washington that hangs in the City of Charleston, South Carolina, historic council chambers,  three guys who are riding 5500

miles across the United States to raise money for

the Independence Fund.  This fund assists

injured veterans by purchasing all-terrain motorized wheel chairs, allowing each to become independent and mobile.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This date, the Mayor sat at his desk and read quietly to them the detailed description of this proclamation, which closed with the following:

I, Joseph P. Riley, Jr, Mayor of the City of Charleston, South Carolina, do hereby proclaim:
