What’s Your Story? Fall and Winter – Writing & Photography Workshops

ATLANTA, GEORGIA

LOCATION:  BRANDON HALL SCHOOL, ATLANTA – Dunwoody area

September 28, 2013 & November 9, 2013

So what’s your story?

Now we know youth get technology!  In fact, they can teach us a thing or two.

All the tools a young person needs to build their story will fit into a backpack, and once they have found their “voice” and how to express yourself – their story will come easy.  This is a l-day fun session.  It is a combination of writing and photography.

This is not a class on grammar and spelling,  but a class directing each on a path to finding your voice to express yourself.  Can you talk? Sure.    Some may think that “writing” is not their thing.  In fact, they may think they can’t write!  So we add in, a half day of fun photography with “hats and props”.

The net outcome?  The first pages of a journal the “About Me” of all youth in attendance, and then a series of portraits – funny and serious.

Starts at 9 AM and ends at 4 PM

Lunch is provided (box lunch)

Parents invited at 3:30 to review the work of each youth.

Cost:  $60 (includes box lunch)

Registration begins on August 15, 2013
